100 Days of Lovingkindness

100 days of lovingkindnessI recently came across an intriguing nugget online.

A Buddhist meditation group started off on an ambitious 100 Day Meditation Challenge, a challenge to build up a habit of meditating daily over a period of 100 days.

Since I’ve been dealing with a lot of spite, bitterness, and an overall nasty attitude lately (and probably all my life), I’m thinking about taking this challenge on. I’ll use this space on this blog to publicly document as much as I can.
